Not only is this a very considerate action, it also means that people will have confidence in what they are purchasing. I really suggest this, no matter what your business is.

4 Work out your bonus structure carefully.

The most important part of my gaming company is the bonus structure that I’ve implemented. It’s what makes it possible for everyone involved to earn a good living, and not just me. You get a bonus for every game site sale. But when those you sold to sell game sites to OTHERS, you also get a percentage of that sale. That’s level 2. Then you get a percentage from the sales from level 2 sales! That is level 3. You can make a lot of money this way, and people will want to keep buying from you because of the possibility of expansion.
